Dr. Ryan Anderson

Dr. Anderson worked for another metro dental office for three years and then joined Heritage Dental centers in 2005. He and his wife, Bonnie, enjoy walking their dog, Rusty, riding bikes and sailing.

Special interest in Dentistry:
While enjoying all areas of General Dentistry, Dr. Anderson takes a special interest in Endodontics.

Dr. Wallace L. Christenson

After graduation from Dental School Dr. Christenson went into the Army Dental Corp. and then joined his friends and set up Heritage Dental Centers.

He and his wife, Carolyn, have four grown children and seven grandchildren. He actively participates in golf, alpine skiing, spectator sports, and church. He also enjoys reading and traveling.

Dr. Donna Lee

Personal Information:
Dr. Donna Y. Lee graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dentistry in 1994. After a year of hospital residency in NYC she continued her commitment to quality patient care in private practice.

She believes in continuing education to provide her patients with the best care possible. Dr. Lee has invested many hours in post-graduate education including Aesthetic dentistry and Implantology.

Dr. Lee and her husband relocated to Minneapolis, where her husband grew up, to start a family and joined the Heritage Dental Centers in 2000. Dr. Lee enjoys traveling with her husband Rich and two sons Max and Richie. She enjoys Arts, cooking, golf and skiing.

Special interest in Dentistry: Cosmetic dentistry and implants.

Dr. Richard Pihlstrom

Personal Information:
Following graduation from the Dental School in 1961, Dr. Pihlstrom was stationed in Stuttgart, Germany for 2 years as a Captain in the Army. Upon returning to the United States, he and Dr. Christenson founded the Heritage Dental Centers.

Dr. Pihlstrom has been active in the Minneapolis and State Dental Community. He has served and continues to serve in numerous dental organizations. He lives in Plymouth with his wife. Judy. They have 3 grown children and 3 grandchildren. In his spare time he enjoys global traveling, skiing, golf and his family.

Special interest in Dentistry:
Fixed (Crown & Bridge) and removable prosthesis ( Dentures).

Dr. Jay Wilcox

D.D.S.: University of Minnesota School of Dentistry (1971).

Personal Information:
After graduating from the University. of Minnesota. School of Dentistry, Dr. Wilcox served as a Dental Officer in the U.S. Army for three years at Baumhelder, Germany. In 1974 he returned stateside and joined Heritage Dental Centers.

He was also a clinical instructor at the University. of Minnesota. School of Dentistry for ten years.

Originally from Richfield, Dr Wilcox lives in Minneapolis. He has two grown daughters. He enjoys spending his free time biking, roller-blading, traveling, reading and playing “Grandpa”.

Special interest in Dentistry:
Restoring damaged and missing teeth with crowns and bridges.

Dr. John Rieke
Specialist in Gum Disease

Personal Information:
After graduating in 1997, Dr. Rieke did a general practice residency at Hennepin County Medical Center. Then he returned to school and got an advanced degree in Periodontology. He now works at several different offices including Heritage Dental Centers. Also, he is a clinical instructor at Hennepin County Medical Center.

Dr. Rieke and his wife, Lia, have one daughter. In their spare time they enjoy family time, camping and eating out.
