Insurance Plans

We participate in many different insurance plans. Please be aware that if we do not carry your plan, you may still be seen at Heritage Dental Center for care with “ out of network” benefits.

Please bring your insurance card to your appointment and we will be happy to process your insurance paperwork for you.

Payment Plans Available

We want to help all of our patients find a way to pay for their care in a reasonable and timely manner. Therefore, we have several payment options available for you to use. Please let us know which one works best for you.

Available Payment Options:

  • 5% discount for paying the day of service with cash or check.
  • 10% discount for Seniors who have no insurance and pay with cash or check the day of service.
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, or Discover.
  • If you need to make payments over a longer period of time our Financial Secretary will help you apply for a Capital One Credit Account (either interest free or for a longer term with interest.)..

Other arrangements are occasionally made by our Financial Secretary when done in advance of your treatment.
